Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Our recurring service agreements are 30-day cancellable with written notice. We earn the renewal each month through performance, not paperwork.

What happens during the walk-through?

We visit your space, ask about your priorities, identify any high-touch or sensitive areas, and confirm access logistics. It takes 20–30 minutes and there's no obligation.

How quickly can you start?

Most accounts onboard within 7–10 business days of signing. Urgent need? Tell us — we can often start sooner if the schedule allows.

Question 5

Will I have the same crew every visit?

Yes. Once your account is set up, we assign a dedicated team to your building. Substitutions only happen for vacation or illness, and we always notify you in advance.

Question 6

What hours do you clean?

Evenings, Monday through Friday, between 5pm and 10pm — after most offices close so we're not in the way during your business hours. Need a different window? Ask and we'll see what we can work out.

Question 7

What about access — keys, alarms, badges?

We carry insurance for key and badge handling. Whatever your access protocol is (master key, code, badge, or escorted entry), we'll align on it before the first visit.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your business as additionally insured on request.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every crew member is directly employed by Cavalli Cleaning Services, background-checked, and covered by our insurance. No third-party crews on your property.
