Last updated: 2026 These terms apply when you request a quote from, book, or receive services from Cavalli Cleaning Services, which serves Chattanooga, TN. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to them. Quotes and estimates Prices we give you before we see the home are estimates based on the details you provide — size, number of rooms, and condition. If the home differs materially from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree a revised price with you. You are never charged more than the quoted price without your approval. Scheduling and access You are responsible for giving us safe access to the home at the scheduled time — a key, a lockbox, a door code, or someone to let us in. If we cannot get in when we arrive, we may treat the appointment as a late cancellation. Cancellations and rescheduling Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment — a text or call to (423) 402-0571 is fine. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Payment Payment is due when the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring plans are billed per visit at the agreed rate. Text messages (SMS) If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out of all further messages. We do not sell or share your phone number, your consent to be texted, or the contents of your messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your responsibilities Please put away or tell us about anything fragile, valuable, or hazardous before we arrive, and let us know about pets so our cleaners can plan around them. We may decline work where conditions are unsafe or where a home needs specialist treatment, for example mould, biohazards, or pest infestation. Our work If you are unhappy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and re-clean it at no charge. Limitation of liability Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work the claim relates to. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
